By accessing or using LowMore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
2. Description of Service
LowMore provides personalized Ayurvedic wellness recommendations including meal planning, hydration tracking, sleep optimization, exercise guidance, and daily routine suggestions based on your dosha constitution. Our service is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
LowMore does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our recommendations are based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, especially if you have existing medical conditions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription & Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used premium features extensively.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of data you input (meal logs, health data, etc.). By using LowMore, you grant us a license to process this data to provide our services. You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LowMore — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by LowMore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LowMore is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though you may request data export within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
